I'd rather quilt than eat. Now we real justification for our huge stashes - it's like having money in the bank.

Absolutely.

Time to use up the stash! I love to shop at thrift stores and Good Will too. You can't believe how much LQS fabric ends up in these stores! Just a couple of weeks ago I bought at least 20-25 yards of various cotton fabric that had been donated. I think I got all of it for less than $1 a yard! Where there is a will (to quilt) there is a way (to find good cheap fabric)!

I think the current situation might put us more in touch with their spirit. Now I wanna go watch "Little House on the Prairie..."

LOL! I love Little House!

yep-since it is my sanity thing!!!

Oh yes. Most of my quilts are from scraps - meaning remnants in the bins at JoAnn's or Hobby Lobby or Hancock's. I will buy "regular" fabric too, now and then.

of course!!!

I know I plan on quilting but maybe a little less and do more scrappy quilts. It is still cheaper than smoking and
that is not good for your health. ;-)

What isn't going up? I have enough fabric and thread to last 'til it goes down again. Of course, I'll still quilt.

I have enough fabric/kits/books to last the rest of my lifetime. My daughter sells fabric-----so I will continue to buy.
