I got mine w/ the" EZ Quilting -Make A Sunflower Quilt.'
This kit came w/ Quilt pattern, Easy Dresden ruler, Bamboo Pointer Creaser, Iron-on appliques, years ago from Walmart for $1.75 |
I buy the kabob sticks from Publix there are about 100 in a package. I use the flat side. They work great. I'm always giving one away to my friends when we sew together. The package is very cheap and last a long time.

I didn't take the time to read through all of them. Look up "wooden iron"..in google. I tried to post a picture..no luck. |
You didn't dream it up, but I just use the top of a Ballpoint pen that is kind of a rounded point. Not much danger of poking thru with this.

It is a point turner. Mine is made of bamboo and has one end pointed and the other end is rounded. Clotilde, Quilt in a Day and most LQS will have them

just get a purple thang thats what i use

it's called point turner and would probably be sold more with sewing notions than quilting notions

An orangewood stick, it is, or used to be used in manicures has a small end that is flat so you're not as likely to poke thru. They are wood. I would imagine you could find them at Wally World in the nail section. I do believe it is pointed on the other end. Robin in TX |
I use a white plastic one made for pushing out points. Look in the notions in your local sewing shop.
