Yes, pls. post pics of both and you'll get LOTS of opinions!

Way to go Elle...I should have been finishing up the details on mine today but just don't feel like it. My grandmother passed away yesterday and I'm pretty bummed about the whole situation....weird family things. Maybe I'll do it later this week.

Sometimes I think I have "slug mail", but then again, slugs move a little faster than snails. lol

My condolences (spelling?) on your grandmother's death. My heart feels your pain....

Here are some pictures of what I unloaded on you a few posts ago...

The quilt center is the dogwood tree with grass, the birdbath will go underneath the tree with (hopefully) an american goldfinch sitting on the birdbath and maybe one flying down to the birdbath. The word SPRING would go on the right side in the blank area.

The other picture is the sample quilt of the dogwood applique. I could design a center using the applique patterns in the book.

What do you think everyone??

I'm so sorry Sandpat.

I think your tree is looking great. I'd say keep going but it is your quilt and you can see it. It is ultimately your decision.

Well Mammatobugboo, Think your tree is beautiful, so the choice is yours.

Go with your heart and what you really like.

Patti, sorry for your loss. And I know with people being weird doesn't help. Been there. We are here for you.

Mamma, your tree is looking good. It will be beautiful when you are done!!!

I say keep going with the tree. I think it is looking really pretty and will only get better with what you have in mind.
