If I didn't have to rip out, I would wonder what don't I see. I made 20 flying geese and had to rip out 9 of them. Mostly seam problem, I have a new machine and didn't pay as much attention as I chould have to the seam allowance guide. It was pilot error not the machine.

You're not alone. Tomorrow is always another day.

I have had to do that so-o-o many times!! So, I figure that is just part of quilting!! The learning process?! OH WELL - I just fold it up, put everything away, and wait for another day!!! Then, when I am in a good frame of mind, I pick it back up again. :>) So, you see, you have joined a very large club!!! LOL

That is EXCELLENT advise.

Just as long as you figured out what the problem was, "you got it made". Don't be like me --sew, unsew, sew again then realize I did the same thing. Fortunately, I learned after the first time! :-P

Yeah, I hear ya! I decided to do a Thanksgiving table runner, cut out the strips, had to write down what I was doing because the directions were lumped together in one paragraph and my eyes kept losing their place, got everything cut, went to start on it and somehow I'd cut some incorrectly - now how in the heck did I do that???

I have plenty of material to recut but now I've lost interest and the cat has claimed the pieces as his new bed anyway so may or may not pursue it.
