I have called and emailed numerous times to try to get their catalog, all to no avail. I did finally get one issue, but no more. I won't order from them, though I want to, because I can't trust that their customer service will be decent if they can't even send me a catalog!

I have always had excellent luck with keepsake -- even sent me a coupon for free shiping on my next oder when something was unavailable.

I've ordered from Keepsake many times and never had a problem with shippiing. Sometimes, there are so many orders for a certaiin thing that it temporarily goes out of stock. In that case, you shuold have been notified.

I have ordered from Keepsake several times, and have been satisfied with the service. I might add that I ordered a kit and the fabric was very generously cut to make the quilt.

Ordered from them today. Had no problem and Maryann said my fabric would be here in SC 7-10 business day((( BUSINESS))) days. Call them back. You just have to wait a few minutes for them to answer the phone, If you want to buy from them the wait is worth it.

I had a problem ordering on line , left them a email and the next day got a call from them ..I placed and order that I sent a copy to them and they made the order out on the phone, I told them it was hard to finish the order on line , they said they will look into that ..btw I will receive my order on the 21st, I got the email from UPS stating this , I would call them back and tell them you had a problem
