The saliva thing does work, very very well. BUT that said lolol, why not leave them. And on the label for the quilt mention that you hhave placed DNA samples here and there - just in case indentification is ever needed. Folks years to come will have a grand old time hunting down the DNA trail!
I love it!

As long as you haven't used any heat it should come right off when you
wash it in cold water.

I used my saliva on my own dried blood on a quilt and it worked. thank goodness.

Biz works on blood stains, if the saliva doesn't.

I take a q-tip and dip it in some hydrogen peroxide. The other end of the q-tip I dip in water. I have learned that if the hydrogen peroxide is left on to long it can eat way at the fabric.

Work with hydrogen peroxide and a Qtip. Hydrogen peroxide will take blood out of just about anything!

This works as I have used it on white as well as color. The saliva is the best tho.

Put some peroxide on it and when it is washed the blood will come right out.
