Okay. That's like foundation by the yard by Berartex. It comes in many quilt block designs. You buy as much as you need. Here's a link to another forum on this site from 2010.

I to have learned something new today. The funny thing is that just last night I finished cutting out 1"strips to do just that on my 9-Patch on point quilt. Had no idea that it had a name other then a folded edge. :) Thank you.
