I read that some people made the ring and then appliqed them in place. I like this , I will look for the pattern directions. Is this in the public domain? :?: :-D

i didn't design it. i created a replica. given its apparent age, i felt safe assuming i wouldn't violate a copyright. if i guessed incorrectly, i'm sure somebody's lawyer will be in touch. :roll: :lol:

Patrice, again I am in awe. Thank you for making this pattern. It is just begging to be pieced. I really like the old traditional blocks.

Beautiful, gorgeous, wonderful, such talent.......so wish the Lord had given me some design talent, but I'm grateful to Him for the little ablities I did get, honest.
