Patrice S is correct....if it wasn't part of the coupon deal then the computer wouldn't have honored it. Don't feel guilty.
You did nothing wrong. |

I wouldn't. If it wasn't allowed, the cash register should have caught it.
But then I'm not Catholic so I don't have the Catholic guilt :D I have catholic guilt from years of school and nuns. the machine would have rejected it. have fun with it. |
Sr Mary Victoria I now feel fully absolved :)

I think you have already got your answer. Guilt is a hard thing to handle. Most times if the store makes a mistake and you go back they thank you for being honest and you keep the item for what you paid. So you do the right thing they thank you and you can use that die guilt free.

I too have lived thru the GCS for 50+ years, Always do the right thing.
But it's that witch Karma, that makes me shudder so I, Always make it right (or at least try) I would have done what you did Red called and tried. You did. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!! |
I have oodles of non-Catholic friends who would definitely try to figure this out. Catholics aren't the only honest people and some of us Catholics can be dis-honest, too.
Glad you found your solution. I know the feeling of not sleeping at night because of something like that. Happy Quilting. |
