Since I am using outlines of some of the US states, I thought I could use an outline of Quebec but it has a lot of curves. So I am looking through the dictionary and I come upon this word - QUILT! Duh double time.
Z they use the Zebra. One of the quilts has the three letters ABC in one block at the beginning and the XYZ at the end in another block. Justa suggestion. |
I have had plenty of DUH moments. You are in good company! Your quilts sound really cute. I would love to see them on the board sometime.

I made an alphabet quilt for my niece's son a couple of years ago. Quilt was the first thing I thought of but I had no luck in finding a piece of fabric with a quilt on it. Of course, my BLT came to my rescue with the perfect piece of fabric with a quilt on a clothes line. Before she did that I thought of queens and quails and quarters. Couldn't find any queens or quarters but I did find a FQ of quails on ebay but the seller wanted $25. Yup, you read correctly. $25. I passed.

I'm glad I can't count to the ga-zillions (kid-word) for those DUH moments but sure would like a nickel for each one- I could take care of the National debt and its only Tuesday
