I would vote thin white border, thicker outer border and binding in red.

love your quilt. I would do a thin inner white border and then a wider outer border great job

I would choose a white border which would make the quilt body appear to float and the use red for the binding.

That's a good idea too! Thanks!

I would do a small red border, then a large white border with solid red hunter star cornerstones. Your quilt is beautiful. Your points appear perfect. Great job.

Thanks! I'm leaning towards the thin white inner border with a wide red outer border.

That would be my choice. Beautiful quilt.

How did you do your Hunter's Star? Did you use Deb Tucker's Rapid Fire Hunters Star tool? That makes creating this pattern a breeze! Check out her you tube video for this tool...........I am on my 3rd one........so many different layouts!

When I look at it, the thin white and wider red sounds good.

for help deciding about your border, you might look at the versions of this quilt in the gallery: http://www.quiltingboard.com/members...bums17745.html

There are lots of different border treatments shown there
