I quit counting!
I can see from the number of pages (currently 21) that there are a great number of quilters that have comments to post about this subject. Our club has issued a challenge for this year to actually list your UFO's on index cards and register them with the club and will have awards for completion. I currently have the note cards..... Please explain to DH that normal is just a setting on your dryer.

I don't count but have 4 ready for borders, a couple are just pieces and some in a box just waiting.
I have 31 quilt tops, most are ready to quilt but some still needs borders sewed on. I have one on the frame I am quilting by hand. I can sew tops faster than I can quilt. And besides it is easier on my hands.

I have a cupboard full of works in progress. Some are much older than others, but we won't go into just HOW OLD that might be.
I have one that's got all the blocks made, but I put down at Christmas and haven't taken up again yet. I have two more, one that needs to be quilted, and one that's in the very beginning stages of piecing. Also have blocks done for three others that are in my UFO box. There are other projects that are not quilts so I guess we don't have to count those. I think you are as normal as any quiltmaker can ever be. And that says a lot! 8-)

I have twelve projects in different stages of completion. I see a new idea and have to try it. On the positive side 5 of the 12 are almost done. I love the hand stitching, and machine sewing.
