I work on one project, until it's finished, before starting another.

I have a few.. My dear husband is smart enough to know not to even think on saying anything like that with his love fore classic vehicles/toys....I have free reign... Even machines is no problem as he also has several commercial machines~as he does upholstery on the side ~ when he has time and feels like it at same point:)

Right this minute I have around 2 dozen projects in various degrees of completed. Some are ready for binding, some ready to put together, some with fabric pulled, some with tops completed ready to layer, some in sketch form. Of course almost a dozen are for a set of classes I will teach this summer. Just regular projects I usually have around 8 to 10 going at one time.

I can't count that high.

I just finished one, and am working on another WIP today. Now, are you counting all the WIPs in my head????? I do have a couple UFOs that will remain that way for quite some time, because I had some glitch that stopped me, and unfortunately keeps me from resuming

5 in the works presently. I do finish everything I start. 3 have the fabrics pulled and are waiting to start. #4 is started and the blocks nearly finished. I just prewashed the fabrics for #5 yesterday.

In order to keep the work flow going and not waste time, I plan ahead with pattern, collect fabrics, get them ready, etc. There is waiting time for fabrics to arrive, to dry, whatever.

So, yes, to your husband with a smile, I do work on one at a time usually, but always have several more planned and in the line up.
