There's an exact model of that in our Antique Mall here in ME. They are asking $350 for it and it's a beautiful machine and cabinet. I have to force myself not to go there again until they have sold it to someone.

I have the same cabinet in my hall . . .
The machine itself has been in my husband's garage to *fix* someday. I forgot about it until I saw your lovely photo. It's been out there for over 20 years!! Tomorrow, I'm going to look for it and check things out. Hope the machine is at least as half as pretty as yours. Thanks for your post/photo to *ring* the bell in my head. Thanks for all the information about the book and extras. Not sure what I have. LOVE this site!!!

I have another of the 66 redeye G series. The back clamp attachments are the ones that work. I'm working on doing tutorials for the attachments I have. The instruction manual gives a brief overview, but sometimes it's not very clear. I should have the first two tutorials up sometime tomorrow or the next day and I'll work from there when I have time. If any of you need the instruction or Timing and adjustment manual for these machines here you go (I hope):

And look at all the feet. The American eagle is not all bad. I wonder if they covered up something like a water stain. I find many have been used as plant stands. I normally have my machine standing out any ways. Enjoy!

Oh mine was a high shank and we bought a 66 low shank for parts and took out the shank part and DH transplanted it into my high shank making it a low shank. There are way more feet for the low shank. I bought a quarter inch foot for my machine.

Here is your Gigi's cousin.

Here she is all fixed up. DH put blocks under her top where the metal frame and wood attach so I can fit under the cabinet. He also made coasters to protect the floor.

Wow!! Love all your attachments. Looks like you have two seam guides in the lower left hand corner. All my metal machines used to come with seam guides. The new plastic ones don't have holes drilled so you can use them.
