Right above where it says "download PDF" it states:

Click “Download PDF” to obtain a printable copy of the alternate materials list and cutting instructions.

The OP was specifically looking for sewing/assembly instructions, which are NOT included.

Peckish, thanks a bunch for the instructions that you sent. I will give it a try. I may have to try the paper pieced route although I am not good at paper piecing. I am printing your instructions. Lizzy
