I have found that the binding clips (they look like hair clips) work VERY well. I was always poking myself with pins all the way around the quilt. Now I use the clips and I am a happy binder!

Talk about charma...I have NEVER had this happen to me before..but I sat down tonight to do a little mini thing and guess what?? Yep! Seam in the corner. I HAD to laugh...there are SOME things ladies that we just don't need to share! =D.. I too did the best I could but talk about a sloppy job!

Did you read this thread before or after doing your binding? :)

One time was enough for me. Now I pin my binding before I start stitching. Takes more time, but I still have my mind, maybe.

That's the same thing I do.

Before...and I started laughing when my binding seam ended up in the corner. It was just a little quilty for myself so I didn't really care..I just thought it was funny. =)

I haven't had this happen...yet. lol I don't pin or attach my binding at all when I'm sewing it to the front, so I just check the corner as I get closer to it and make sure there will be no seams. Since there hasn't been one yet, I hadn't thought about what I would do! hahaha I guess I would do like ditter said and just cut and re-attach the strip to avoid it.

As long as you have lots of binding that's fine. The other day I had JUST
enough binding and if I had to make one cut I would have been short.
So that's one thing to consider. :-)
