Do you want it to disappear or just so that you can put it away when not using it.

Mine doesn't disappear ... it folds and goes behind a tall bookcase in my living room. I put an afghan over the top and then a mola over it and it is now a design element in the LR.

I put a traverse curtain rod on the wall, including over the door. I got a large flannel sheet and attached it to the rod with the curtain pins. When I am using it, I just pull it fully open like a drapery, and when I don't need it I pull it back closed. I can even leave my project pinned to it when I close it. I don't have a picture here on this computer, but I think I did post about this months ago. I'll look.
