I like the green. I think it's easier on the eye.

I think the pink makes the quilt look more unified, but you might consider adding another border of green beyond the pink, if the larger size wouldn't be a problem.

I like the red blocks with the green border. To my eye, it just makes that quilt POP!

I don't think you could go wrong with either one. I simply cannot choose a favorite.
