I agree with ManiacQuilter. I love the first photo -- the white and red set off by black -- I think it's stunning in it's simplicity, and quite beautiful. I would save the dresdens (also beautiful, by the way) for another project.

Well, looks like I have the beginnings of another quilt. I will go with the majority and call this one done except for quilting. Thanks so much for all of your help!!

I agree. I think the dresden plates would make it too busy.

I am a lover of Dresdens, but I'd save them for another project. Finish up what you have and WOW!

Love it the way it is, but if you have your heart set on using the DP, maybe use them in half instead of the complete circle. Just a thought.
