I've been sewing for 54 years - doll clothes, my clothes, kids' clothes, curtains, etc. 13 years ago I made my first quilt - a double wedding ring for my son & his wife.

about 10 years (I won't count the two I did when I was much, much, younger because I didn't consider it quilting then :oops: .) I've always collected fabric and clothing patterns (I've sewn for 42 years) but really became addicted to quilting about 6 years ago.

about 35 yrs off and on. I stopped for about 15 yrs while my
sons were young but really got back into quilting again 10 yrs
ago and haven't stopped. I only wish I had more time to spend
on it.

Quilting three years

I have been quilting 62 years.

I helped make my first quilt at the age of 8. I am now 62 and very proud to let the world know I have been quilting for 54 years!

25 years!

I signed up for my first quilting class and complete a Sampler lap quilt in February 2003 and have not looked back.

Just love this board, I learn something new each visit.
