I want one!

Wow, that's a new one to me.

I'm all for anything that will help my rotary blade to last longer. They are getting very expensive. I gave my stack of used blades to DH and asked him to find out if they can be re honed to a sharp edge. He took them to his job and probably gave them to the machinist there. I haven't heard about them in awhile.

I agree with you on the rotary blades being expensive and they don't last very long either. I wonder if a knife sharpener would help extend the life. I'll have to give that a try.

What a great idea. Let us know how this works. I bought the blade sharpener that's basically two circles with light sandpaper on them. Works great. I haven't had to buy blades in a while and I even sharpen my friends' blades too. Lasts a long time.

where did you find the blade sharpener at?

check out the site.....lpsharp.com...it is a rotary blade exchange...might save a bit of money to use their service

I bought the new long rotary blade sharpener. It works the best of any sharpener I've tried and you don't have to take the blade out of the cutter.

All this sounds interesting. I'll watch this thread. Theresse

Connecting Threads has the Tri-Sharp blade sharpener for 20% off. This is the one I've had for a while. I think it does a great job.
