I have never done a mystery quilt but this sounds like something I want to try. Then I won't be spending the day alone. I have to check the stash and see what I can come up with. There is plenty of fabric, so may be a scrappy one also.

I do not need another thing to do, but this one sounds doable. I like the size of the cuts. I do have a jelly roll that doesn't have an intended use. I won't be able to start at 10:00. New Year's Day is a Sunday. Will the directions be up all day? It's time to dig out my jellyroll and purchase some light fabric if the WOW I have here won't work. Sounds like fun.

I just cut my up. I had a box of florals that have been sitting aroung so I cut 28 strips of them. Most of them are pretty dark. I don't know if I will use them all but they are ready. I have a liight green for the medium and a beige tone on tone for the background.

Hi,
Count me in. I have some black and white and some white and black (the same pattern in opposite color). I also have some Moda marble gray that I thought I would use and some white Kona I thought I would use. How does this sound???? I'm terrible at picking color I'm very color challenaged I usually get help from the staff at my LQS when picking colors. Any suggestions??? Donna C. dconroy84 |
