Just got this email from Missouri Star. I'll be watching for that majestic horse-drawn carriage.

Our master shipper has dutifully performed his craft, lovingly packing your order in the finest materials known to man.

Our team gathered to give your package the proper send-off it deserved. Tears of joy were shed, speeches were given, and there was even a farewell cake. Following the festivities, the whole group, led by our local high school marching band playing the song Leaving on a Jet Plane, ushered your order through downtown Hamilton, Missouri. No, we don't own a Jet Plane, but your package was placed in the care of a roguishly handsome man who is riding in a majestic horse-drawn carriage which is on its way to your home as you read this.

Although the products you've ordered will be sorely missed here at MSQC, we are overjoyed that they have found a good home. Hey!!! I got one of these also. Can't wait for my special delivery! Always a fun day when a package of quilt stuff arrives. In fact I read the e-mail to DH so he could appreciate it as well. He is an enabler when it comes to my quilting and I love him for it. Jenny has the most interesting daily posts. Her daily deals are dangerous though!

You can see the "fun" they must have at that shop. It is so nice to deal with people who are, well, really people and not some organization that hires people just cause they have to work. I bet growing up in that family was a trip and probably someone kept everyone in stitches. Love that shop.

I just read it to my DH and told him it makes me want to order something so I receive the email too!

I love their notes. Always something different... I especially like it when it's a simple hand written "Thank You" which I have gotten most.

Hmmmm, perhaps I need to place an order from them. I want one of those Emails :p.

I ordered twice from them and I received that and a different one to.

What a fun way of insuring a repeat customer. We all go to where the 'warm fuzzies' are!

That's like the letter I received when they sent my Wacky Web template. They sent it "Priority Mail" which tickled me to pieces. Because of the holiday Easter Weekend. I still got it on the Tuesday following. Lovely little note with the package.

The more I read about this company, the more I like it!! Wish they all could be this way. ;)

It's great when someone goes that extra step to "make someone's day". Yesterday I had a lot of errands to run and was tired by the time I went by the bank drive-through to make a deposit. Not only was the girl in the window sweet and fast, but she offered me a "sucker"! I took it, and smiled all the way home!

I placed an order with them several days ago and got that email too. I thought it was cute too.

They have a great sense of humor!

hahaha...me either so I was wondering the same thing, maybe they have to restock their warehouse...in that case she should get more than a letter!! lol

Although I have only ordered one time from them, i was pleased, prompt delivery everything. (swore off buying fabric this year, but neice is having twins.) I read their email every day. She always has an interesting view to share.

That is just delightful, and fun.
