It came out a bit brighter than I wanted so I dont buy the bright batiks so much any more. This is a very easy pattern. It uses only 3 1/2 x 2 inch pieces. 1560 pieces for a 78" x 90" quilt. |

My outlook on batiks - I do not like them - until they are in a quilt!! I know it's so weird, but I have to be convinced to put them into a quit. THEN I love 'em!! Two of my friends have made whole quilts out of batiks. They are some of the most beautiful quilts I've seen.
