Thanks for the info. It sound like a mile by the minute quilt. I haven't made one as of yet, but I have been saving scraps for a bit. Keep on quilting and sharing.

i've started quilts that i thought i would like and in the middle, started hating them. that slowed me down. when i forced myself to finish i found that the closer i got to the finish line, the more i liked it again.

Sometimes I think it's because we've worked so closely on it and that's why this happens. We see all the faults or we could have done this better or made better fabric or color choices or whatever. It even happens to me with knitting, computer craft designing, cake decorating - basically anything I tackle it will happen at some point but once the project is completed and I have a couple of days away from it and go back and look, very often my reaction is "wow, I did ok after all." Many of us go through this but if we persevere through, it works. On occasion it won't though and that's ok too because at least we did try. Just my opinion.
