I love them all. I really like the darker strip.

I agree with quiltsRfun. Light grey sashing with dark ER cornerstones

Scarlet and grey...our family's favorite colors! (Go Buckeyes!!!).
I like the blocks without sashing, or light sashing with a dark cornerstone to keep the chain pattern going.
Great quilt! Those y seams are worth every stitch-they are so pretty!

Don, I agree with others with regards to light gray w/ corner stones. I also agree with ManiacQuilter and snowballing red rectangles! No Y seams that way!

It looks great so far!

That's what I think too. Add a darker gray square as a corner post and it would look like an Irish chain.

I love the dark grey. It really makes the block stand out. Either would be pretty but dark grey for me.
