Beautiful quilt, tough call, but I agree with Joe'smom it's the flowers that disrupt the darker purple.

I think the dark sets it off better. To me, the light just kind of lets it fade away.

I would go with a dark, but with a blender fabric rather than a busy print.

I like the dark one, it also picks up some of the lighter purple in its flowers.

I would like a thin border of the light followed by a dark that goes better.
