I have been cutting 4.5" square stitch 2 square together with 1/4" all around then cut diagonally as this is my first attempt also and have been watching youtube about this subject and when finish the pinwheell square measure 5" Good Luck :) |
I understand now. The 78 is the goal if that many are needed. You can make your goal 50 blocks!

Just finished my very first pinwheel....all points meet perfectly! But at the center where the points do meet is lumpy. I have pressed it throughly, but the lump remains. What is suggested?
