I buy white tone on tone backing from Connecting threads, its 6.98 a yard but its 108 inches that gives you 3 yards in width so its about 3.33 per yard

I like Kona, but don't overlook Connecting Threads. I got some very nice white from there, prices are good and service is fast.

I use Kona and love it. Buy it from Hancocks.

Kona Cotton

I buy Kona Solids from Hobby Lobby.
For my stash 95% of it has been washed (in the machine but the corners are cut with a pinking shears) and machine dried. If it is needed for immediate use then it will be pressed with Magic Spray Sizing. Or it will just be folded. This was the advice from my mentor.

This has been an interesting thread...Its good to know others use and like Kona. I just bought some and was wondering about the quality. It was only 5.00 a yard reg. price and I had a coupon for 50 percent off. Think I may go back for more. Making pillows today and need solid color for the trim.

I found this site while reading blogs. They have relatively inexpensive solid Kona fabrics. I purchased some recently, and it was good quality--even the white.

That's a great idea.

Spray basting the two whites together might make them behave more like one fabric.

:-D
