So far #4 has 33 votes, #2 has 15, #3 has 14, #1 has 9 and #5 has 7. I am going to have to put them up on the design wall and stare for awhile! When I put up #4 it just clicked with me, but several of the others look so delicate and it is for this couple's first baby. The room is painted lavender and mom said she didn't want "pink so much". She is from Sweden and has the most delightful way of talking. Anyway, they don't know I am making the quilt for their shower and I don't have much time. I can't stare at the choices too long! I am off to put the #4 configuration back on the wall to look again. Thank you all for the wonderful comments and the opinions. DH was no help!

Well, I have #4 on the wall now and am really likeing it. I am really torn between 4 & 7. Both of those look the most feminine to me. Maybe I need to start an elimination phase post as the update!

I like number three because of the way the purple and lavender pop.

I think all of the blocks look good but if I had to choose, I would choose number 5. If you are not using any sashing, this will give you an secondary design of an Irish chain. Love the colors. Whichever you choose, you will have a beautiful quilt.

I love # 2..by pairing the purple with the lavendar square..there is an awesome dimensional quality..makes those stars sit up and take notice!
