Please tell me I'm not alone

I can't be the only one who does things like this: spends 90 minutes and wastes miles of thread before realizing that the problem isn't the machine tension, it's that the bobbin is threaded wrong. D'oh.

You are not alone. Once I was chain piecing and did about 30 pieces before I realized the bobbin had run out, among other things.

That, or I threaded the needle incorrectly...arrrggghhhh!

cindypierce 02-19-2013 09:54 PM

are you sure you didn't do that to make me feel better? I spent over an hour fmq ing and making rats nests on the bottom. I am still!!*** unsewing. It was a nice pinwheel block. I feel SO Stupid sometimes. Tommorow Will BE Better.

cindypierce 02-19-2013 09:55 PM

narnianquilter 02-19-2013 10:40 PM

If it makes you feel better after reading this I was like "You can thread a bobbin wrong?" I then googled it and went "Ohhh...that's why my machine does that..."
