The wonderful woman who introduced me to FMQ on a Sweet 16, said to continue on until you finish the quilt. If you still can see the oops, fix it. Usually it just disappears. Very helpful advice.

You must be a perfectionist because that little stitch will disappear when the quilt is washed. I say 'forget it'.

I would just let it be, especially since you say you are practicing. I really like the quilting.
