I found one at Tuesday Morning. It was bigger then the first ones that came out. It has interchangeable pins, so I use it for all my machines.

I have a similar gadget, but after I had the bobbin winder on my 201 properly adjusted (long overdue), I haven't had it out on the table at all. My old Bernina 730 has always had very fast even winding and the side winder never feel like an advantage with this machine. To anyone considering bying one I would only recommend it if you think bobbin winding on your machine is cumbersome and you have space enough to have it out on the table. It's one more gadget standing around, and I have enough stuff with three machines and various other gadgets on the shelf. I think mine was under $30, not very expensive, but it never gets used anymore either. With larger cones on the 201 I just have the tread stand in front and through the thread guide on the bed. I keep my machines oiled and cleaned, so everything in working. I can see the advantage when working on machines that aren't your own and not everything is kept up.

I have the Sidewinder Deluxe it has 4 interchangeable pins, it's the only one that fits my Pfaff. I am very happy with mine. The Deluxe model does give you the ability to adjust the tension, and how full you want to fill the bobbin. I did buy the smaller, lesser expensive model first which did not fit my Pfaff 2044. I was able to return it to JAF's . The bobbin winder on my Pfaff is only working at half capacity so the sidewinder has been money well spent. I would recommend the more expensive Deluxe model. Good Luck on your decision.

I have one too & use it all the time. It doesn't fill the bobbin all the way but I just push the button down & finish filling it myself. I like mine a lot

I liked mine when I had a Baby Lock machine, but my Pfaff bobbins won't fit on the Sidewinder. My old 1970 New Home bobbins won't fit it either.

I love mine, but it doesn't do a good job for my 221 bobbins. It works wonderful for my Babylock. I say get it.

I bought one years ago when they weren't so expensive, and use it all the time. I can use a large cone of thread if I put it on a thread rack. If you buy a sidewinder I don't think you will be disappointed. It is much more convenient (for me anyway) than using the winder on the sewing machine.

I have one and really don't like it. I try it every so often, still don't like it.

I have thought about it. I am a messy quilter, though, and am pretty sure it would vanish quickly. I use the bobbin winder on my dsm, and just wind about a dozen at once. That works for me. If you get one, enjoy it!
