Not sure this will help in your case but worth a try:
Once you download the PDF format, you can print any page that is in that file. From the left of the toolbar at the top there is a box that tells you what page you are on, 1 (in box) /100, etc. As you roll the pages the number in the box changes to that page number. When you click the printer icon it will show print All pages or print which page number you want. You can list "1,3,8,12" and it will print just those pages. The download icons were on the right hand side towards the top on Love of Quilting and Quilters World.

I was wondering about digital subscriptions. I didn't know if there was a time limit as to how long you could keep them.

Usually you can download them as pdf where they live on your computer and you can access them at any time for ever and ever. You can also print any part or all of the magazine if you want. I don't usually print the whole magazine--only print the patterns I like. Some subscriptions use Adobe Air which I hated because it's not necessarily user friendly for me--clicking on the little space at the end of the page to turn pages (that page turning sound drives me crazy :) ! Then there's the zooming in and out (I have eye issues). You can download it to your computer but you still have to enter a password to be able to look at it. I did however, find a button all the way at the bottom of the screen that enables you to download it as a plain pdf--boy was I happy to find that! Can you tell I hate Adobe Air? Seems like a lot of the digital magazines are using it but so far Quilters World is not and I also downloaded my copy of Quilting Quickly as a plain pdf. That being said, I love my digital editions even if they are using Adobe Air.

It comes in PDF format and you can print it out if you want or not

I just downloaded an e-book on string quilts. Then since I like to take them with me, I printed it out too. I don't have any fancy i pads and such, so this worked for me. I have the printed one to take to the store, and the pdf if I need it. Some of the things, once downloaded, I just right click and there is "print" smile..

Im not sure about all of the mags out there but If you're able to download to a PDF, you should be able to print...

Pardon my lack of knowledge, but how do you print from your IPad?

JCROW, you may be able to print what you want from "Quilting Quickly." Check to see if your computer will let you choose what you want to print from a single computer screen. By that I mean the entire computer screen's copy and or graphics or a single picture or quotation. I am very careful about copy written material or material from sites that specify that copies of material on the sites are not to be taken.

I have a Mac and can do it several different ways. I've noticed that a number of computers running Windows operating systems can do it too. Take a look and see if your computer is capable of doing this. It's time consuming for large amounts of information and graphics but it does work.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Pat
