Your son did very well for you. I still kick myself for NOT being a quilter when I lived in Bavaria for 4 years. I did sew, so I bought some of the beautiful fabrics - BUT I would have bought so many more... AND I was there when the exchange rate was 4.25 marks to the dollar. Sigh...

I'm not German, but I studied at the Univ. Heidelberg.
Dapper is just a word they borrowed from English.
Tante Ema means Aunt Emma.
Lieblingsstuecke fuer dich means favorite pieces for you.

Love the fabric .... what a good son ......

Just google it. Type it in and add translate and it will do it for you.
