I have one with prairie points that really has to be completed one of these days. Is that considered binding?

I too use 2-3 hair clips, I hate pins |
None! By the time I get to the binding I am so excited to be almost done that putting on binding is a breeze. It also means that I can start on my next project

I make my bindings all by machine. No problems with binding.
Kaye Wood has an excellent way to sew binding on and it always comes out right. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uf7Mm_mkbCc |
This should make your binding problems easier:

My problem has always been the corners, getting them mitered to my satisfaction, front and back. Now I just round them off and have no trouble at all!

Thanks, but I've taken several classes, watched umpteen videos, and gotten tutored. Still prefer rounded corners!
