Not sure but the one I get can be received online might be Quilters World. I love this one!

Quilters Newsletter, buy a years subscription on line. Fons and Porter --Love of Quilting. English patchwork mags. are nowhere near as good as American ones. :-)

Quilt Sampler.

The only mag I like in general. Others will do in a pinch, while traveling, but I prefer QS.

I manage to get these magazines in England: British popular patchwork and quilting magazine, Australian patchwork and quilting magazine, Popular patchwork, Antique quilts (US),Quilter's newsletter magazine(US),Country Quilts(US), Fabrications(UK), Magicpatch patchwork and quilting techniques and news (FR), Sew simple basic skills for successful sewing(US), McCall's quilting(US), Fabric Trends for Quilters (US), Quilt mania The quilt magazine (FR) and Quiltmaker(US).

I believe that there are more titles available. I get most of mine from WHSmith and my local newsagents.

I like American Patchwork and Quilting and McCall's. In years past I have subscribed to Quiltmaker. I need to cut down on my magazine stash though, LOL.

look up magazines in www.ericas.com site
most of them you can click on to see inside a bit.

I can find the same magazines as BizzieLizzie, and also get them from WH Smiths.

We have very few quilting shops here in the North East and most of those only carry books, not mags..
I would like to subscribe to more but not until I'm able to have look at a sample of the magazine first.
I've bought some from Ebay to 'test the water'.....I may as our local WH Smith if they can get some more in (?)

There are some super mags out there, well, they come across online as being so :)

I have signed up to get Stitch magazine and Quick Quilts which I believe is an American publication (?)

Just wondering which mags I'm missing out on..?

:XD:

Do you prefer traditional quilts or contemporary? Some are one or the other.

I get the "Quilter Magazine" and "Quilters World" both are really good and I have made several quilts out of them. But I am lie you I lie to have it in my hand over a cup of coffee and away from the computer. Also they make excellent reference material and they never go out of style.

I wonder if they are going to be like my "Rod and Custom" and "Hot Rod" magazines and go up in value as they age.........
