How sad! What a loss. It is shameful of the dishonesty out there. Hope they are found soon.

Such a sad thing. I want to be like many of you and give the benefit of the doubt but . . . we've had door prizes disappear from out Lions' Club meetings, things disappear out of people's purses at Guild, whole purses disappear from our church - and we live in a sleepy, little rural town. Sure hope they show up.

If someone did steal the quilts, they do not feel bad or guilty, just proud they got away with it. All thieves are proud of their stolen goods and will gladly give them as gifts to impress their family and friends. They don't lose a minute of sleep over it. Most of the family members don't either.

that is just horrible, I sure do hope they mysteriously appear just like they disappeared...

Here's hoping the quilts have been honestly misplaced somehow.

I hope the box was erroniously shipped to the wrong place and the quilts can be recovered.
It is hard to believe that a quilter would steal, but there are still missing quilts from another quilt show from a few years ago.
Very sad indeed.:(
