Hope your next day was better. I do wear a glove when using the rotary cutter. Was telling my BF the other night, glad on the next block is a medical center with an emergency room - just have to remember to have clothes on when cutting and not jammies. I would have to get myself there if he wasn't home! The thoughts we have while quilting. [[HUGS]] for your boo-boos.

Sewing teacher, Mrs. Cherry would have us make a ball of white cotton thread and chew it to get wet then use as an eraser. Your enzymes will take out your blood. it might work for another persons blood stain buy best to use the wounded persons saliva.

Wish I had a nickel for every time I did that. I am learning to keep my fingers and other body parts out of the way though its a slow process

It's just a matter of time before they start putting warning labels on needles and pins. You know like "never store on floor" and things like that--"Do not try to thread your sewing machine while running" and "keep rotary cutter away from hands and feet".
