All the above quilts using red.white and black squares are very pretty. I have several red,white and blue quilts using a couple of the above patterns.

I have made 2 black/red/white quilts, one was a disappearing 9 patch and one was a Bento Box - two of my favorite quilts, both given as gifts. One day I will make and keep one.

Sorry but a glitch of some kind prevented me from adding a note to my post to the link.
Also a search of Pinterest will yield a lot of black, white, and red quilts. They are beautiful and quite popular it seems. I am in the process of making the disappearing nine patch in the link, for my son but instead of red with the black and white, I used solid red, green, blue, yellow, purple, etc. When I can get a photo of it, will post. |
