This is an interesting one. To me, the one without the sashing reads really dark. Even though the one with sashing adds more dark fabric, the blocks really pop and all the color shows more. So I vote for sashing, but either is pretty.

I think a white sashing with a design where they meet. You would put a colored triangle on each white strip end and a colored square for a cornerstone then it would form a small friendship star when they were sewn all together.

like the black sashing

I like them both.

Take pictures of them both, tack them on your design board, close your eyes, and throw a dart at them?

I think I like it better with the sashing.

Definitely sashing.

I vote for sashing. It makes a statement.

I like it without sashing - I like the secondary pattern created by the white coming together. Either way it will be beautiful!

Surprising myself, no sashing.

I am in the NO SASHING camp. I like the unity instead of the 20 separated sashed blocks.

If I were making it I would use the sashing. That's going to be beautiful which ever way you go with it.
