Ditto for me too! Right shoe is always of when I am sewing but mostly both shoes are off when I am in the house.

I wear shoes --- and this reminds me to update my DTP shot ---on top of Washington state having a pertussis epidemic (whooping cough). I keep my shoes on after narrowly missing the top of my foot when my hands did a carpal tunnel spasm while I was using my rotary cutter

I sew in my slippers. They're soft enough I can feel the pedal and I can get up and go wherever without worrying about stepping on a pin or something else on my way from the shed to the house. In the winter they're warm and in the summer they're comfortable.

shoe off for me!

No shoes for sewing or driving. My shoes also seem to magically come off when I'm teaching.

I am always barefoot, unless I go to the store etc. I can only sew barefoot.
|
Stocking feet for me! No shoes. I want to feel the medal when I sew.

member of the barefoot club here too....a few women at my quilt guild are the same way...we kick our shoes off and sew right on

I sew shoeless too. In the winter I MIGHT wear socks, but I've been known to kick them off too. A case of "blue toes" won't stop me from sewing. :D
