How abut using it as the background for your label on the back of your quilt? Prepare your label and applique it to this block.

To me, the very fact that you asked means you are not 100% comfortable with the tree block. I agree that the colors are too bright and it does look like Christmas to me. If I were you, would add borders to the two blocks that are one piece and replace the tree block. I think your quilt is very pretty and woodsy.

Yeah, you are so right. Sometimes its just better when someone else tells you to do something you dont really like to do ,,rip,rip

i agree, the green/red trees is so different... i'd definitely change it

I agree with you about taking out the three blocks. The quilt is adorable and I love the colors you've used.
