Slow! When I feel pressured to speed up (deadline, class, retreat, etc) I usually make a mistake.

Fast!!! Get my tops pieced quickly..... so many ideas to try!!! Slow getting them quilted!!!!!!LOL

I feel better knowing that I can take my time (especially when hand sewing).

I agree with Sadie Mae - it depends on whether I have a deadline to meet or not, but I think it's better to go at a more leisurely pace and enjoy the process. Whatever floats your boat.

A friend taught me to enjoy the process. Since I've started doing this, I find I make fewer mistakes & the final product is much nicer. Faster is not always better, at least in my case.

If you have the time, take your time and enjoy the experience.

Slow, when I hurry is when I make more mistakes.

I enjoy taking time to experience what I'm doing and I don't cut things so short I have to rush through a project.

I allow several months for any project. I don't like being rushed, and some days I can't face a sewing machine. It never fails, I find something to add to the project, and will take the time to work it into the top. Yes, I think I get so lost in the creation of the top that I have to take my time, and love it as time well spent.

I don't care how long it takes, as long as I'm enjoying what I'm doing.
