This may be the only unanimous post on this whole board!! I may have to go pick up some clips before I do my next binding.

I love them. I got the clips at the dollar store. No more pin pricks and I have arthritis in my fingers so it makes it lots easier to work on bindings.

Use them all the time mine are just the dollar store ones but they are wonderful!

I used them on one quilt and loved it. Then I heard about glue basting the binding and tried it on the next quilt, but I overdid the glue and it was so hard to sew through the hard dried stuff... I think I will go back to using the clips.

Would someone please tell me where the link for the ladder stitch is? I guess I didn't bookmark it. I do use these binding clips. I got tired of getting stuck all the time.

Absolutely, they're great!!

Oh yeah - and I got mine from the Dollar Store also. I machine stitch the binding to the front of quilt...and then fold over and hand stitch to the back of the quilt - and I use the clips like crazy.
One of these days I'll practice machine stitching the binding completely....!
