I always use them and find them very helpful. I buy the clips in Walmart in the 'Hair' section.

I don't use them, nor do I use pins. I just fold it over as I go. Much simpler that way.

I have always used them and I really like them...no pins. I put them about every 2 to 3 inches and as I take them out I feel like I'm really moving along. I buy them in the department where they sell brushes, etc in walmart...much cheaper and the same thing ( I have even seen them in the dollar stores). Now,Mom,she wouldn't use them all...she likes to get pricked with the pins,I guess....LOL

I was taught to use them from the beginning so I always do. I LOVE them because I don't get stuck with pins and I can 'train' my binding until I get to it. I've even started using them on circular hems for my daughter's skirts!

I use pins. Seems to me they are another notion to buy that is
not a necessity. And somehing to take up more space. |
I don't know how I ever lived without them. I have used them (hair clips)for many years, even before I ever saw them in a quilt shop.I have a bit of arthritis in my hands and they save me a lot of pain in my fingers.
