i acutally gave up on making binding for my quilts. now i just ust the backing...center the quilt on the backing with about two inches extra on all sides, then after i'm done with the quilting i just trim and fold over thebacking and bind it that way. I'm like you, it would take me two days to get enough bias made to bind a quilt. this way is soooo easy
