Back story...picked hubby up at wallyworld 14 years ago...always tease him about taking him back as they have a liberal return policy!!

I would keep my husband if he had money, so he could buy me, or let me buy some more stash.

A good husband is worth all the stash in the world. Unfortunately, (many years ago) mine died suddenly. It's nice to know that you truly appreciate yours!

I'm with the majority here (so far :) )... I wouldn't trade my DH for all the stash in the world.

I can appreciate wolfkitty. My DH died many years ago too. I would give my stash up totally if I could have him back.

As a friend told me (in an attempt to combat the urge to keep "special" fabrics for something REALLY special, which may never materialize), "It's only fabric - they'll make more." 'Nuff said! :)

I am a fortunate one, I wouldn't trade my hubby for stash, we have had 9.5 great years together. I am blessed.

Now ask me about my kids - some of THOSE I might trade.

I put mine out to the curb along time ago.

Took me 3 times but I wouldn't trade this DH for anything...he is a true keeper. After almost 10 years I still LIKE him as well as love him, lol...and that is sooo important.

I would gladely give up my stash to have my DH back he would have bought it for me anyway

I have enough fabric to last several lifetimes and only one DH. I wouldn't trade him for anything either. My one in a million man! We've been toghter somewhere in the range of 40 years.

Sooo judging from most of the responses, it is obvious that Quilters have impeccable taste in husbands as well as fabrics!!! No, I wouldn't trade my husband for anything!! He is my best friend and the best husband anyone could wish for!

I don't need to choose, unfortunately. However, if I did have a hubby or significant other, then that would be who I would keep without question.

I would def keep my DH! LOL After all he enjoys LA'ing for me and also runs the embroidery machine and cuts fabric for me. I have enough stash but would never find another as supportive & encouraging as he is.
