I think we are addicts!!!!! lol I don't drink or smoke so I figure this is my "Habit" lol |
Try working in a fabric store (department) and not buying more fabric than you need ! My goal is to go a week without buying some. HA HA HA that hasn't happend in a long long time. I just started quilting a couple of months ago, and already have fabric I have no idea what I'm going to use it for. lol

I am amassing a huge amount of fabric, from long lengths to little bits from all kinds of stores and places. Confession for the day....Yesterday we had a big luncheon party, one of the guests kindly brought over some homemade preserves...now you know you put a fabric circle over the jar lid....guess where those circles are now!

I only buy what I need .............Ya right  Its not my fault if "extra" material falls in my cart ....
In all honesty, I have six large drawers full plus 4 large shelves full :D |
this material is so (sew) pretty! Be sure and post a pic of the quilt!
I have a lot of stash and will not purchase any more until I make up some of the kits that I have now. Well, unless I see something that I really Must have.... |
I could probably open a small fabric store. I also stash my stash.
|
you can hide your stash in a paper box in the bottom of the closet, under the bed, or in un-used luggage... I've got some rubbermaid totes downstairs, my hubby will never look there. or, if you have big pieces, hang them in the closet, he probably wont' go thru your clothes. tee hee and No, I've never done any of these things. HA. tee hee
