I got one! dental pick (flat) to push seams under the foot

Holding fabric in place when really close to the moving needle.

I have a mid-arm quilt machine and use the new curved eye brow tweezers from Avon to pull up my bobbin thread at the start of each row.

Would love to get my hands on some ... I use the old sad irons for weights!

This subject is one of the best one's that I've read. It helps me alot to see what everyone else uses to aid in their quilting.

Yoga mat on top of sewing table. It is a nice big piece of foam that can be cut to size and it cuts down the vibration from the sewing machines (and adds some color to the room!). I'm going to try using scraps of it to keep foot pedals from moving around now that I have hardwood floors.

Oh I forgot I use my Grannys ol ice pick as a stiletto also.
My moma laughed at me for it. I said Granny is always with me.
